Your order is only accepted when M.J Global confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as M.J Global may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

The return or exchange of your purchases is governed solely by the terms of our Returns Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your personal use or use within your household and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we hand the goods over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

M.J Global is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with M.J Global. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspects of sales between you and M.J Global. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to your purchases.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M.J Global AND SHOPIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Section 18 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M.J Global and Shopify from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

Section 19 – Severability & Section 20 – Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.

Section 21 – Assignment & Section 22 – Governing Law

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the registered office of M.J Global is located.
