Warranty and Returns

Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and including all accessories (cables, manuals, driver CDs).

Returns

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. Please use shock-proof packaging for shipping to avoid transport damage to sensitive components.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for:

Sealed goods whose seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. software licenses, thermal paste).
Components that have already been installed and show signs of use.

Warranty and Defects

The statutory warranty period of 24 months applies. Should a component show a defect (e.g. DOA - Dead on Arrival), please contact our support immediately.

In addition to the statutory warranty, the respective manufacturer's warranty promises apply (e.g. for power supplies, graphics cards or SSDs). These can be processed via the manufacturer's support or via us.
